Design&Layout

Design is essential for glass cups as gifted use,which can enhance the aesthetics,monumental and recognizable.Our professional and creative designer will help you make a beautiful and impressive glass cups based on your ideas, the market trends. And your desing is warmly welcome, and let us realize the final arts together. We will make 3-4pcs samples for your review, get your confirmation, we will continue the bulk order production.

Decal Printing

Born glass company have our own decal printing machine,once the design is confirmed by yourself and confirmed back the sample, we will arrange the decal printing. Our decal printing workers have 15+ years printing experience and our decals have high-quality finish and can be combines well with the glass cups.

IQC On Blank Glasses

At the same time as printing,we will do the full inspection for the blank glasses from our warehouse with rich-experienced workers to pick up the not-good one so that we can ensure the final products' quality and educe wastage as well.

If you have special requirements for the glas surface to achieve the different effect,we can process the glass with the tech like color spray,gillter,electroplate etc. Different tech to the glasses have different effects, welcome to ask and find our which one you prefer.

Decal Application

Before applying decals, we need to cut them to the desired size and shape if they are not pre-cut. Soak the decals in water for 30-60 seconds until the backing paper starts to slide off. Carefully slide the decal onto the glass surface and position it on the cup. Use a squeegee to smooth out any air bubbles and excess water, starting from the center and moving outward. Allow the decal to dry completely as per the manufacturer’s instructions, usually taking 24-48 hours. Our experienced workers will then apply the decals to the glass cups, ensuring each one is 99.9% identical.

What's more, in every process, the MQC will do the sample inspection to monitoring process, implement the control measures to ensure product quality at the most.Especially, after decal application,we will do the inspection,after the kiln firing, we will do the inspection as well.

Kiln Firing

We have a 36-meter-long kiln used for firing decorated cups. Since the decorative paper requires different temperatures, our experienced kiln operators closely monitor the entire firing process to ensure high-quality glass cups. Additionally, before the cups with the decorative paper enter the kiln, skilled workers perform an important step: removing the protective film and wiping off any dust to ensure the final colors are perfect.

Packing&Shipping

After kiln firing, the glass cups with decals can be packing. According to your requirement, we can customized the labels and packing way. Good Packing is very crucial for shipping the goods safely all the way from China to your country.

Our packing is very secure, which can withstand the long distance transport.Usually,  12pcs in one demium box，144pcs in one carton with cardboard box, dividers,tissue paper etc. to pack well the final glasses products.You will receive the packing-well goods.
