Q1：What is your sample policy? How can I get some samples?

A1：The existing item, we can offer one piece each item free of charge,but the express fee you pay please.

If you need to open a new mould, please contact us for further advice.

Q2：Can you help me make my own design? How about the sample fee and sample time?

A2：We can make OEM and ODM items.Your logo and design are warmly welcomed.Sample time is about 7-15 days.Sample fee is charged according to the material,size and quantity of the product.

Q3：Can you accept mini MOQ?

A3：The mini MOQ of each design is 720pcs. Please contact us directly,we can try our best to help you.

Q4：What about the lead time for mass production?

A4：Usually 35 days after deposit and cofnirmed the sample if stock is not available.And please note that the delivery time will be extended during the peak selling season and the Spring Festival. Please discuss with our salesman for further information.

Q5: How about your packing? Can you guarantee the safety of your products when receiving?

A5：Standard export packing, usually lined with foam paper, in cartons or can be packed according to your requirements.

Q6：What are you payment terms?

A6：In generally,we quote FOB price,payment 30% deposit by T/T before production,70% balance paid before shipping.

Q7: Are your products food safety? Certificate?

A7: Yes, our products are safety and can pass the FDA,SGS,CA 65 etc, please contact us for further advice.
